What's New

The Interactive Brokers Stock Yield Enhancement Program (SYEP) lets qualifying clients earn additional income by lending out their fully-paid stock shares. Clients enrolling in SYEP allow IBKR to lend out the clients’ fully paid securities. IBKR provides clients with 50% of the revenue generated from lending the shares, creating income for clients from otherwise idle positions. Clients with USD 50,000 or more in a cash or margin account are eligible to participate. Clients can enroll in the program by visiting Account Management > Settings > Account Settings - Trading Permissions, clicking the check box for "Stock Yield Enhancement" and clicking "Continue".
