AWARD AND RECOGNITION LICENSING PROGRAM
Information Provided and Its Use
scorCard™ Reviews Recognition - Throughout the year, Surviscor produces industry-related simulated-usage study rankings that are designed to provide consumers with product and service guidelines. The data collected forms the basis for company, product and service rankings. Companies that rank highest in the reviews that have awards associated with them may enter an agreement to use the Surviscor name and award icons in marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. Surviscor reviews and approves advertisements that feature its name or review information for clients that are part of the program. Surviscor name use is governed by a formal agreement and is closely monitored through various media services to ensure that the information is accurate and not misleading to consumers.
Promotional and Advertsing Materials - All information, materials, functions, logos and other content contained on the Edison Awards site is the copyrighted property of AF Networks LLC. Except as we specifically agree in writing, no AF Network trademark or copyrighted material may be used, reproduced, transmitted, distributed or otherwise exploited in any way. Promotional materials include and are not limited to the following:
Use of Charts and Graphs - Charts and graphs extracted from Surviscor, or affiliates, press releases for use by the media must be accompanied by a statement identifying Surviscor Inc. as the publisher and the individual study from which it originated as the source. Rankings are based on numerical scores, and not necessarily on statistical significance. No advertising or other promotional use can be made of the information in Surviscor press releases or survey results without the express prior written consent of Surviscor.
Results and Statistical Significance - Results are based on simulated-usage studies performed by Surviscor employees, consultants and affiliates that are proprietary to Surviscor. Awards and performance rankings are based on numerical scores, and not necessarily on statistical significance. The size of the reviews indicates that even small differences in the scores of those being measured provide meaningful differences and are a clear indication of the differences that exist between firms. The reviews have been providing guidance and improving product and service quality to the consumer since 2006.
