The Surviscor Difference and Methodology
The Surviscor scorCards™ are comprised of mostly thousands of binary questions that are divided into multiple categories. The scorCard™ process is accomplished by meeting with firms surveyed, performing independent website and mobile reviews as well as performing analysis of the site’s performance along with anonymous service interaction with the firms.
The scorCards™ is divided into key measurement categories, each containing sub-categories of multiple objective criteria. Each category is weighted according to their industry-defined importance, and each company is provided with a category ranking and overall ranking. For example:
|Category Score:||36 or 80%|
Each firm is evaluated within a broken-down sub-category using hundreds of individual functionality criteria. The Overall score is then determined using appropriate industry weightings of each category.
