It's product offering is limited (ie., no personal credit, chequing/bill payment, RRSP, mobile banking, mutual funds) puts it at a clear disadvantage as compared to other financial institutions. Notable strengths of the current offering include its security features, customer support (via feedback page, secure message centre, and live chat functionality), and simplified website design and low service rates and fees.
