Surviscor Commentary:BMO Bank of Montreal is a surprising lower level online banking provider and has non-responsive email communication with prospective customers. BMO's online presence is clean and crisp; however, lacks the feature and functionality sophistication of its top Canadian banking peers. BMO must improve its email responsiveness as it consistently under-serves prospective customers as measured through the Surviscor CER program.
