Surviscor Commentary:CIBC has made some small changes since the Winter 2009 review, including a redesigned homepage and sign-on page. The addition of Accessibility features is a welcome addition. The site is a well designed, clean and crisp online banking site. CIBC has traditionally set the standard for customer email responsivness in Canada; however, they have slipped from the top ranks. CIBC's main drawback is that they appear to be in the top-end of the price scale within the online banking industry.
