Peter is an accomplished Web and Application Architect and oversees the Surviscor website content and functionality. Mr. Boettcher was instrumental in building the Surviscor online client database scorView™ and the internal administration site, providing Surviscor with a fresh perspective on website design and functionality.
Peter brings over 15 years of experience developing web solutions for clients such as American Express Canada and HBC and is actively involved in website design, strategy and hosting consulting via TJL Interactive.
Robert Webber, CFAAdvisor and Brokerage Analyst
Rob currently works and resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and provides US financial services market insight for Surviscor. Rob was instrumental in Surviscor's initial US online brokerage report in 2014 and is contributing to the development of Surviscor's US strategy. In addition to his role at Surviscor, Rob has established a growing Florida based business, sourcing, developing and managing residential real estate in Palm Beach County and area.
Rob's career experience spanned over 23 year within the National Bank of Canada including positions as an institutional money market salesman, a proprietary equity trader and a money market trader at Levesque Beaubien Geoffrion. Rob gained exposure to trading strategies in both cash and derivative securities including fixed income and foreign exchange. He earned his CFA designation while also representing the firm for a decade on the prestigious Money Market Primary Dealer Committee.
Nancy HepburnService Experience Analyst
Mrs. Hepburn is an original analyst and is responsible for the Surviscor Service Level program. The Surviscor Service Level program includes the Customer Email Resposiveness (CER) mystery shopping program which allows Mrs. Hepburn to have the most comprehensive 'pulse' for the level of service provided at Canada's leading financial service firms. Mrs. Hepburn's background includes administrative support for several community-based companies in the Greater Toronto Area.
Norm YeudallVP, Sales and Business Development
Norm joined Surviscor in the mid 2015 after a lengthy career in the Consumer Packaged Goods sector where he was successful at building strategic Sales and Marketing strategies and corporate execution. Norm has extensive knowledge identifying customer's key business drivers, delivering top and bottom line results.
Norm brings over 20 years of experience in sales development, sales team management, marketing and business operations within the pharmaceutical, beverage and sports nutrition industries. Norm has grown business with major Food, Drug, Mass and Convenience retailers in both Canada and the United States and has worked with some of the most recognizable brands in the world including Coca-Cola, Dr. Scholl's, Coppertone, Claritin and Muscletech where held both leadership and Senior Executive roles.

Joe has been a contributing member to the Surviscor business since 2006. Joe was instrumental in the development of Surviscor's initial Customer Email Responsiveness program (now called the Service Level Assessment program) and provides ongoing subject matter expertise to the Canadian and US online and mobile brokerage reviews.
Joe has more than 20 years of senior-level experience focused on leadership, business operations, and strategy development and execution after beginning his career at TD GreenLine. Joe recently served as President and CCO at Solium Financial and has held senior roles with various companies, including CT Securities, E*Trade Canada and Sun Life Securities.
Donald J. RolfeExecutive Advisor to the Business
Don was instrumental in the growth of the Canadian scorecarding industry in the early 2000's when he started Gomez Canada. Don handed over the Gomez Canada reigns to Glenn LaCoste in 2003 and his vision at Gomez became an inspiration in the formation of Surviscor.
Don served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Central 1 Credit Union from 2008 to 2013 prior to his position as President and chief executive officer of Credential Financial Inc. and The Ethical Funds Company. Don has also held senior positions with CIBC, Royal Trust and Royal Bank of Canada over a span of some 25 years.
Marty ReaumeSenior Advisor to the Business
Marty is a seasoned HR professional with more than 25 yearsâ€™ experience in Human Resources. Marty has held many executive positions, The most recent as NetSuiteâ€™s Chief People Officer, overseeing the companyâ€™s global HR programs. Marty's joined NetSuite in 2005 and spearheaded a number of key HR initiatives, successfully built a global team of HR professionals and developed and streamlined the companyâ€™s HR processes and policies. Previously, she was the Director of Human Resources for Royal & Sun Alliance (RSA), one of the leading global multi-insurance groups, a Senior Manager, HR for CT Securities, and a Compensation Consultant for National Trust.
